We want you to feel confident about your decision to join Triple Finale®. Because our offerings include both self-paced digital products and live instructor-led coaching, our refund policy varies by product type:
Self-Paced (Solo) Micro-Courses and Bundles
All self-paced Micro-Courses and bundled course materials are considered final sale once accessed or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be granted once any portion of the course has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
If you purchased a course but have not yet accessed any part of it and are requesting a refund within 7 calendar days, you may email us at info@triplefinale.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Instructor-Led Group Coaching Programs
If you are enrolled in a live small-group coaching program and feel the experience is not right for you after attending the first session, you may request a full refund, provided your request is submitted within 48 hours of attending that first session. No refunds will be issued after the second group session has begun.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@triplefinale.com and must include your name, purchase details, and reason for the request.
Memberships and Recurring Plans
If enrolled in a membership plan that includes ongoing access to training or resources, cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Once your enrollment, group program, or membership ends, access to member-only areas, live coaching, support materials, and instructor contact will be discontinued.
